Refund Policy

At Crossroads Connection, we value the time and commitment of our participants, our staff, and our horses. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services and programs.

1. General Policy

  • Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless other arrangements are made.

  • Refunds and credits are issued at the discretion of Crossroads Connection, in line with the conditions below.

2. Individual Sessions

  • Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: May be rescheduled or refunded in full.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session: Non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future session at the discretion of Crossroads Connection.

  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

3. Workshops, Clinics, or Special Programs

  • Cancellations 14 or more days before the event: Eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations 7–13 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or credit.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future event if space allows.

4. Cancellations by Crossroads Connection

  • If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

    • A rescheduled date, or

    • A full refund.

  • ​

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
